Geziko allows you to select your seats to make your trip even more convenient
How it works

Select your preferred seats from the airline’s seat map and save your selection.
- If there is more than one traveller and/or more than one flight in the itinerary, ensure you have selected seats for all travellers and each flight.
- In the event where the seat map is not available for a particular flight(s), you can still proceed to book your preferred seats for the other flight(s) in your itinerary. Once the seat map becomes available for the flight(s), the airline will automatically assign a seat to you and other travellers at the time of check-in.
- After saving your seat selection you will see a summary of the seats you have selected in your booking.

Validate your seat selection before completing the booking.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation email.
- Ensure that your preferred seat selection is included in the flight itinerary on your booking confirmation email.
- Should your preferred seat selection not appear or be incorrect in the flight itinerary of your confirmation email, please get in touch with one of our experienced travel agents. Contact Geziko South Africa on +27 21 468 4398 or emails us on [email protected].

Terms and conditions
- Please note that not all airlines and routes offer the seat selection facility and we do not guarantee that this facility will be available. Should the seat map not be visible and should you wish to book a seat, or require priority assistance, kindly contact us on +27 21 468 4398 or email us on [email protected]
- Please be advised that we are not able to provide any guarantees for paid seating where there is an aircraft configuration or craft change as airlines do not always rebook Passengers onto the same seat. We cannot be held liable in this instance and you will not be entitled to a refund of monies paid.
- Should you, for any reason whatsoever, request an amendment to your flight(s) the money collected for the paid seat(s) is not transferable to the amended booking which means you will need to PAY again should you wish to select a seat.
- Should you need to cancel your flight(s) for any reason whatsoever, or be unable to travel then the money paid for seating is not refundable.
- It is the Passenger’s responsibility to take note of the seats booked at the time of making their selection and to make sure that it matches the seats on the confirmation email received. We will not be liable for any concerns raised after the flight has flown where a seat selection query was not raised with ourselves as per the above.
- We reserve our right to amend the fees charged at any time to make provision for airline changes.
